1Digital® Agency (“1Digital,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a US-based eCommerce digital agency founded in 2012. We provide SEO, PPC, web design, web development, and platform migration services.

2. What Information We Collect

  • Contact form data: name, email address, phone number, company name, project description, and budget range submitted through our request-a-quote or contact forms.
  • Zoom scheduler: name and email address when you book a discovery call through our Zoom scheduler.
  • Analytics data: page views, session duration, referral source, and device type collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Cookies: session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics cookies (see Section 5 below).
  • Newsletter subscriptions: email address and first name if you opt in to our email newsletter.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

  • Zoom: Your name and email address are shared with Zoom when you schedule a call through our Zoom scheduler.
  • Vercel / Cloudflare: Infrastructure providers through whose networks your data transits when you access our website.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile:On certain tools (such as our free AI Visibility Check), we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you're a real visitor and prevent automated abuse. Turnstile runs silently and collects limited device/browser signals for this purpose - see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
  • Supabase: Our backend infrastructure provider. Form submission data may be stored in a US-region Supabase instance.

We require all third-party service providers to respect the security of your data and to process your personal information only for specified, legitimate purposes in accordance with our instructions.

5. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the site to function correctly. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Used by Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out of analytics cookies via our cookie consent banner or through your browser settings.

  • Analytics data:Retained according to Google Analytics' default retention period (26 months).
  • Newsletter: Retained until you unsubscribe. We will process your unsubscribe request promptly.
