Florida market
1Digital Marketing is headquartered in Miami, at 14261 SW 120th St, Suite 108-337. We work with businesses across Miami-Dade in English and in Spanish.
Marketing a business in Miami means competing in two languages at once. A large share of searches happen in Spanish, and in most service categories the map pack is already held by operators who have been collecting reviews for years. Work usually starts with a genuinely bilingual site, accurate Google Business Profile data for the neighborhoods you serve, and a steady review habit, because Miami buyers compare several companies before they call.
The Market
Miami runs on movement. Goods, money and people pass through the seaport, the airport and the trade zones on their way between North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, and a wide band of local businesses exists to serve that flow. Around it sits a deep health care sector, a hospitality economy that never really switches off, and a luxury property market that draws buyers from outside the country. Very little of this economy is inward looking, and that shapes who you are actually competing against.
Search here happens in two languages. Plenty of Miami-Dade residents run their day in Spanish and search that way too, so a business publishing only in English is invisible to part of its own neighborhood. This is not a translation job bolted on at the end. The wording of the query differs, the reviews customers leave differ, and the pages that rank for the Spanish version of a service are often not the pages that rank for the English one. Each version needs its own keyword work and its own landing pages.
The other defining feature is density. An unusual number of small service companies chase the same map pack here, and many have a long head start on reviews. A new listing does not walk into the top three. Getting found usually means winning at neighborhood level first, in Coral Gables or Hialeah or Kendall rather than in Miami as a whole, then widening out. Proximity is a ranking factor you cannot buy past, so the geography of your service pages does real work.
The Calendar
Two calendars overlap here. Hurricane season runs June through November and drives demand for roofing, impact windows, restoration and generators, with searches spiking in the days on either side of a named storm. Tourism and events pull the other way, filling hotels, restaurants and the businesses around them from late fall through spring before thinning out in the summer heat. Art Basel week reshapes December for anyone serving visitors. A budget spread evenly across twelve months tends to underspend in the exact weeks the demand actually shows up.
Where We Do The Most Work
Storm and water damage work is a Miami staple, and the buying decision is made in hours. Being visible the moment a named storm clears matters far more than average monthly traffic.
Restoration and Water Damage marketingFreight forwarders, customs brokers and third-party logistics firms cluster around the seaport and the airport. Their buyers are commercial, often searching in Spanish, and frequently based in another country entirely.
Logistics and Freight marketingMiami-Dade has a dense private practice market where patients shop by neighborhood and by language. Bilingual service pages and steady review volume decide most of these searches before a call ever happens.
Medical Practices marketingA luxury and international buyer pool means listings get researched from abroad long before anyone visits. Search visibility and a fast, credible site carry more weight here than local signage ever will.

Questions
If yours is not here, a free strategy call is the fastest way to get a specific answer about your market and your numbers.
Book a Free CallIn most Miami-Dade service categories, yes. A meaningful share of your neighbors search, read reviews and call in Spanish, and translating a few headings does not reach them. What works is a parallel set of pages with their own keyword research, because the phrase a customer types in Spanish is rarely a direct translation of the English one. It also affects reviews and Google Business Profile posts. We build both versions on WorkspaceCMS so a change to one does not orphan the other, and we report on them separately.
It makes meeting in person straightforward, and our office is at 14261 SW 120th St, Suite 108-337. Beyond that the work is the same as it is for our clients elsewhere in the United States and Canada. What being here does give us is a long history of watching how Miami-Dade search behaves, including how quickly the map pack shuffles after a storm and how differently the Spanish and English results look for the same service. That pattern knowledge shortens the guessing at the start.
We do not guarantee rankings, and anyone who does in this market is selling you something. Miami is one of the harder places in Florida to break into the local pack, because so many competitors have years of review history and consistent listing data behind them. Realistically the first movement tends to come from tightening your profile categories, service areas and photos, then building reviews at a pace that looks natural. Ranking for a single neighborhood before chasing the whole county is the faster route in almost every case.
Start with the parts of Miami-Dade you can actually reach quickly, then expand. Local results are tied closely to proximity, so a business physically in Doral will struggle to rank in Boca no matter how the pages are written. Listing thirty city names in your footer does not fix that and can read as manipulative. The approach that holds up is a real page for each area you genuinely serve, with specific detail, and paid media covering the outer ring where organic proximity works against you.
